We will make every attempt to accommodate walk-in clients, however we VERY STRONGLY recommend that you book your reading in advance, or at least call us ahead on the day you'd like to visit, to book your session. We cannot guarantee that same-day appointments will be available.
Our readers are experienced, caring professionals. They are carefully selected and screened to provide the best readings available anywhere–at any price. Although one reader is not better than another they do have different styles so after a few visits you may have a personal favorite. Please note: though many of our Readers have regular schedules, they also do take time off occasionally, so if there is a specific Reader you’d like to see, PLEASE call ahead to confirm their availability. The hours listed are subject to change at any time.
Booking and Cancellations: A valid credit card number is required to book online, and for all Saturday & Sunday appointments. Your credit card on file will not be charged, unless you fail to comply with our cancellation policy, described below.
For all cancellations, please call us at 248-548-1415. Please note that we require notice prior to the start time of your session for all appointment cancellations. If you do not call to cancel your appointment and do not show up for your scheduled appointment, 50% of the service fee will be automatically charged to the credit card on file. This allows us to compensate our staff for their time.
Cancellation of private parties, classes, workshops, and other special events must be made at least 48 hours in advance, during business hours, in order to receive a refund.
Boston Tea Room does not offer refunds on products or services. Exchange for store credit is available within 30 days of purchase, with a printed store receipt. No exchanges will be made after 30 days from the date of purchase. As a small business, this policy helps us keep our prices competitive. Thank you for your cooperation.
