Private Events

Private Coming Through

  • Focuses on Spirits or Guides

    Emphasis on Messages

    Not a Trance Reading

This limited attendance group reading is conducted every other month at Boston Tea Room and is now also available as a private session for families and groups of six to ten people. Boston Tea Room’s “Coming Through” events are an opportunity to get in touch with your spirit guides, who are most often family members or close friends who have passed away.

During this event, one of our very gifted mediums will spend time with each participant, giving information to help identify your Guides and relaying any messages they may have for you. While we cannot guarantee to make contact with a particular spirit, we have found that at these events spirits are present for most, if not all of those people in attendance. Private Coming Through sessions are held in a private room at the Boston Tea Room for your group.

We recommend that you book at least one month in advance. For less than six people, private, individual sessions are recommended.

Note: Our home party pricing is for individual readings only, and does NOT apply to Coming Through events. Our Readers are currently unavailable for in-home Coming Through events.

  • $750

    6 - 10 people

  • Coming Through Events are also available every other month at Boston Tea Room, led by two of our Psychic Mediums. Attendance is by prepaid reservation only, and early registration is recommended, as each session is limited to a maximum of 20 people and most sessions sell out weeks in advance.

The dates of this event are available on our Events and Workshops Page.

Home Parties

  • For smaller gatherings, reading times can be adjusted to accommodate from four to eight guests. At a two-hour party, for example:

Four people can have readings of about 30 minutes each.

Six people can have readings of about 20 minutes each.

Eight people can have readings of about 15 minutes each

For parties of more than eight guests, we recommend that you book a longer party.

Please note: All your guests must have the same length of reading. This keeps things easier for everyone prevents your guests from getting impatient, and ensures your Reader can focus on their interactions with your guests, not on watching a clock.

  • For large gatherings (15 people or more), or special events (reunions, wedding receptions, parties where there will be other entertainment, or where you are unsure of the number of guests who might want a reading), we can send additional Readers, and/or do shorter readings, ensuring that as many guests as possible will be accommodated.

Not sure how many readers you’ll need, or how long to book? Our staff are party experts; we will be happy to help you determine what the best fit is for your specific event.

If you need the Reader to stay a little longer, you can choose to extend the party by half or full-hour increments. We’ll help you decide if you need this option when you call us to book your event.

To avoid ‘overtime’ charges, estimate your time accurately and keep the party moving with as little ‘down time’ as possible between readings.

  • $200 per hour, per Reader

Hourly parties require a two-hour minimum

    Parties must be pre-paid.

A deposit of 50% of the total party cost is required to hold & confirm your date.

Note: This hourly rate is for one-on-one psychic tarot readings for your guests. If you have a different type of reading in mind, such as palmistry, tea leaves, or mediumship, please let us know at the time of booking so we can ensure you receive the experience you are looking for.

If you are looking for a group-style mediumship event, please ask about our Private Coming Through sessions.

    TRAVEL

Boston Tea Room is available for offsite events within our travel area, which includes locations within a 40-minute drive of Ferndale.

    CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations must be received at least 72 hours in advance. Your deposit may be forfeited if you do not give advance notice or it may be applied to a later date at the discretion of the Tea Room

  • IMPORTANT – Please review carefully, as Readers are NOT required to stay if their reading area is not suitable, and you will lose your deposit.

Prepare an area for each Reader as follows:

A place that is quiet and private, if possible.

Two sturdy chairs (the chair for the Reader should be padded for comfort).

A sturdy table (a card or dining table is ideal - lower tables, such as a coffee table, will not work.)

    Good lighting for the Reader.

    Adequate heating or cooling.

Something to drink—bottled water is fine. (Please note that our Readers are not permitted to consume alcohol while on duty.)

ONE FINAL NOTE: Boston Tea Room goes to great lengths to ensure your party will run smoothly. We have searched for the best psychics available. They are tested, given additional training, and they follow written guidelines that give them the benefit of our many years of experience; and we send only seasoned readers out for parties - those with a proven record for success.

So go ahead…book your event, invite your friends, and have a great time exploring the future together.
